# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The lime cuts through the richness of spicy food like nothing else
  • It comes together in fifteen minutes but feels like something youd order at a restaurant
02 -
  • Adding lime to hot tea can make it taste bitter, always let the tea cool first
  • The sweetened condensed milk version is completely different but equally amazing
03 -
  • Make the tea base a day ahead and keep it in the fridge for instant refreshment
  • Room temperature tea melts the ice just enough to create the perfect dilution
