# What You’ll Need:

01 - 24 large marshmallows

→ Chocolate Coating

02 - 7 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate, chopped
03 - 1 tbsp coconut oil or vegetable oil (optional, for smoother coating)

04 - 3 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
05 - 3 tbsp crushed nuts (pistachios, almonds, or hazelnuts)
06 - 2 tbsp shredded coconut
07 - 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips

# How to Make It:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup and setting.
02 - Insert a lollipop stick or skewer into the center of each marshmallow, if making pops.
03 - In a heatproof bowl, combine chocolate and coconut oil if using. Melt over a saucepan of simmering water (double boiler method) or microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring until completely smooth.
04 - Hold each marshmallow by the stick (or directly) and dip halfway into melted chocolate. Gently tap to let excess chocolate drip off.

06 - Place coated marshmallows on prepared baking sheet. Allow chocolate to set at room temperature for 30 minutes, or refrigerate for faster setting.
