# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The air fryer gives you restaurant level crunch without the mess of deep frying
  • They disappear faster than you can air fry the next batch
  • Perfect for lazy weeknight snacks or unexpected guests
02 -
  • Do not skip the flour step, or your breading will slide right off in the air fryer
  • Crowding the basket leads to soggy spots, so work in batches if needed
  • Frozen tortellini must be cooked first, or the inside stays frozen while the outside burns
03 -
  • Use tongs to handle the breaded tortellini so you do not knock off the coating
  • Room temperature tortellini breads more easily than cold straight from the fridge
